Your Deck keyboard comes with a one-year warranty that covers material and labor. The warranty applies EVEN if you modify your Deck. Modification must be of proper workmanship i.e. good soldering/unsoldering; determination of proper workmanship to be made by Deck Keyboards. The warranty will be voided in the event that modification results in a microprocessor damaged by ESD, or if modification causes damage to the printed circuit board. 30-day money back guarantee void if ANY modifications are made to product.
Please keep in mind that your Deck keyboard is a precision electronic device and should be treated like one. Please avoid spilling food, liquid, ashes, hair, or anything else into your Deck as this may void your warranty.
Final determination of warranty coverage to be made by TG3 Electronics.

OTHER CONDITIONS TO BE AWARRE OF:
Deck Keyboards reserves the right to make final determination on all repairs/returns. A 20% restocking fee may be assessed at the discretion of Deck Keyboards on all returns after 30 days; please contact Deck for approval on such returns before shipping the product(s) back to us. If it is deemed that a product returned to Deck was unnecessary, the customer may be responsible for paying shipping for the return from Deck to customer; non-compliance will result in Deck holding the returned product until payment is secured. Returned products from outside the United States will be responsible for return shipping charges. Returns/repairs/replacement part requests for "light leakage" issues will not be accepted (see this page for information on "light leakage"). Generally we attempt to repair all products that are returned to us before issuing a replacement. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of the keycaps on your Deck product you may return within 30 days for a refund (less shipping). Please see this page for more information and pictures.
Note that LEDs may not be illuminated evenly from key to key at the low brightness levels – especially on the Toxic backlit keyboards. We will not repair any products to correct this issue as we consider it acceptable. You are welcome to return a product for this reason within 30 days from purchase if you are not satisfied. Beyond 30 days we will not allow repairs or returns for this issue.
