Does anyone know what mechanism (bucket-spring, rubber-dome, etc.) these Deck keyboards use?

We use the Cherry MX key switch. This switch uses gold cross point contacts with a spring to return the keycap up to the start position. The rating is 50 million cycles per switch.

Thank you, that was very helpful. More so, in fact, than the e-mail reply I got which only told me to look at the forums as others have asked about the feel here already. But I wasn't asking about people's opinions of the feel.
