I hear you there. KVM switches aint cheap (well, some are, but you get what you pay for).
Eventually though you would have to convert it to USB to use it with your 360. I don't think they are going to provide a PS2 interface on those but I could be wrong.
this one from IOGear for example is a beaut (I run dual-display, but one monitor is always plugged into my main machine)... but it's around $200 most places. Eek.

The thought of a PS/2>USB adapter frankly makes me cringe. I think I'll take your advice, get the PS/2 and convert it to USB when the hole in my wallet from the Xbox 360 fills back up, so I can go out and buy a USB KVM switch... there are some decent ones around $50-60 most places.
