I have had my deck keyboard for about a year and a half, I got it soon after they came out. Have been very happy with it, and even got the 21 key pad too. Well today when I powered up my computer one key did not work anymore. This was always my fear with this keyboard as I knew that one day a led would go out and take from its appearance, I just didn’t think it would be so soon. Is there any way to get it repaired as I know that it out of warranty?

Glad to hear you like your Deck, and sorry to hear about the dead LED. I am surprised that one has gone out on you this early as well. Please email us at technicalsupport@deckkeyboards.com, or call us at (262)652-2626 Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, and I'm sure we can set something up to fix it. Thanks!
