Ok I just ordered a Blue Ice Deck keyboard couple days ago and the Status ssaid it's shipped, but I didn't get the tracking number . So what's going on? can any staff help here? I tried to call but no one picked up the phone.

i will have to get the info at the office on Monday morning for you. I don't know why you don't have it already. We are located in Wi so the longest any UPS ground shipment may take is 3 - 4 days. Ill get you a # on Monday though. Thanks for purchasing an ICE kb. Most people believe that it looks better in person than on the website. I hope you do too.

I emailed you guys to ask for the tracking number but haven't got any reply back yet. I orderd it using Next Day Air @ 10:30 am. so it should be here on MOnday.

I did not receive a tracking number either, but my ICE keyboard arrived exactly when I expected it to. If you ordered on Thursday, then I would bet you will receive it on Monday... Good Luck and I hope you like it as much as I do> :lol:

Oh,... but they should give the customer the tracking number for their items. So hopefully it will get to me on Monday.

Jincuteguy, you should have your tracking number by now. As far as tracking numbers go, we are looking into why tracking numbers are not going out right away.
