I have the small keyboard. It's missing right alt key and i need it to change input language in IME. I tried autohotkey with no luck and seems i'm the only one in the internet with this problem

I would suggest remapping one of the current keys to function as the right alt key using either a registry edit or a third party software package. We have heard the program KeyTweak mentioned a few times before (http://webpages.charter.net/krumsick/) so you may want to have a look at that...a Google search for tutorials on registry remapping will turn up lots of results.
