I am working on this right now but I can't let the cat of out the bag just yet...for now all I can say is that if we do in fact release a new product the first lot won't have blue switches. Check back in June :)
It's june already and I'm checkin... 8)

I’ve heard rumor about the live alien they keep in area 51. According to the story, the militaries were able to get a Deck tactile prototype. Not only that the alien is now welling to communicate with us but the thing is pushing 600wpm with this fantastic device using only one finger. Best of all, the alien smiled for the first time in all these years in captivity.

Is it true?

New products will be arriving shortly. No Cherry blues for now. Working to get the site back up and then all will be clear (main site is a bit fubar right now thanks to hosting/SSL/DNS delays). Shooting for next week.

Hmm... is that a hint? Clear stem tactile Cherry switches? Perhaps part number MX1A-C1*W?

Can't wait for the announcement! When it comes, please also let us know what switch will be used for the spacebar.

Is the Tactile really out of stock or just not released yet?

No Cherry Blue is good news to me. That's what I have in the DAS and I find the feel too light.
Probably not Clear either (since I've heard they are now moved to "maintenance" production instead of mass production)

So Deck folks, what is it going to be?

Blue tactile are now shown as in stock. We are also releasing a white version which will be tactile only for the time being. Both are using clear switches for now (C1NWs) but probably changing to browns (G1NWs) in the future. Will post a news release in the announcement section soon, just been swamped getting everything back up and running again!
