It doesn't say anywhere if the Deck 82-key are still linear. I thought it used to say (linear) next to it on the front page.

If they are soft-tactile now I'd jump on it in a second. I'm looking for a keyboard to accompany my netbook.

Yes the Deck 82 Ice (only model of 82 left) is linear only. We have no plans at this time to release a tactile version.

Darn, The TG3 equivalent http://www.tg3electronics.com/products/backlit/bl82 = $$$

It's just too costly! :[ That would be ideal for what I want to do but at $200+ It's just way too much money. I think it would be silly for me to get another Legend and carry it around with me all of the time but I might just be forced do that. :p I love my legend ice tactile. I might get one and plan an extensive bluetooth mod for my netbook.

Filco makes a Bluetooth mechanical. I am going to see if I can find out more about it and see what kind of layout it has.

3.4v @ 5.25mA is rough though for LEDs. I was thinking rc car batteries. but now.. It may be hopeless lol
