I have the same problem with a burned out LED. I sent an e-mail to the provided customer service e-mail address 10 days ago and haven't received a response.
I don't mind so much paying for a new LED, but I'm nervous about replacing the LED myself as I've never done anything like that before. Are there instructions on how to do it without destroying a whole line of LEDs? The problem is described here:
http://www.deckkeyboards.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=661 Burned out LEDs seem a common enough problem that there should be a simple set of instructions for LED replacement on the main website. Am I missing it?
UPDATE: I resent the e-mail last night and got a response this morning. I'm still curious about instructions for LED replacement. I'm a soldering noob and don't want to break my beloved board while trying to fix a cosmetics issue.
