I have an adesso ergonomic keyboard and was wondering if I could buy a Deck and stick the keyboard into it. Like, changing the Deck board into an ergonomic keyboard.
The keys are 17-20mm on the adesso. The only real problem I forsee is aligning the keys as I don't think it would be possible to cut the PCB into parts?
Any ideas?

I don't think this is possible. Like you said cutting the PCB into parts is probably a bad idea....it would be cool but I would say don't try this at home because we wouldn't try it at the Deck factory.
