So I am developing a product that requires a backlit keyboard but also the ability to toggle the color of the backlight.

I would like to have the ability to control, via software, one of 2 leds per key.

In other words, the keyboard is all red, but after I strike a key, that key changes and remains blue.

I know of leds capable of changing color.

Thanks for your time!

And my question was...

Can your keyboards support this?

In it's current state, it would not support this because it has single color LEDs.

With some modifications you may be able to get this to work, although that is entirely up to you to figure out. There is a copy of the schematic for the 105 key Deck located here (http://www.deckkeyboards.com/documents/ ... ematic.pdf) if you would like to try things out.

To add to what Adam has stated, if you are looking for backlit keyboards in quantity, for the product you are developing, we can always design and manufactue them according to your needs. Typically, our minimum order for that would be 50. If you need more information on this, please feel free to give us a call.

Thanks,
Deck Girl Amy
