The best place to my knowledge to get keyswitches is from Digikey or Mouser, here is a link:

As far as the LEDs go, you would probably be best off to Google for an LED reseller that will sell individual LEDs (many places require you to buy large quantities). Radioshack or similar local retailers may also have what you need. Use the specs on this page to match up to their product to ensure that your parts will look and function correctly:
