Got my new Deck Ice . All is great! Nice keyboard guys. It serves my purposes as gamer and surfing web just fine. I really believe you guys are on to a great poduct that needs to be out there. I forsee a big boom for you guys once word gets out. Can you guys sell me a longer cord? My tower is under my desk and I route my cords up in back of my desk. I could use one that is 8 ft. in length. Can you help me out? For the guest that was asking about the keys and long term typing, I think that you will be really pleased with the Deck. I find it so much better than the regular size keyboard. :D

Roc,

i'll check the office on Monday to see if we have any longer USB cords. I know we don't have any the same style with the light on the end. If we do have any it would be a black cord. I'll let you know.

Thanks for the kind words and for buying an ICE kb,
Deck guy

What does he mean by light on the end? I have an ice keyboard and mine does not have a light on the end. BTW, if you want a longer USB cable, just get an extension. I have extended mine by six foot and it work fine....

I have tryed what is called a active USB extension. Sometimes when I reboot or turn on system from scratch it does not lite up keyboard until I unplug and reconnect it. Big hassle. What kind of extension do you use and where did you get it?

A 6 foot cord is all that is reccommended to use with USB. Some short extension cords may work, but none we know of off hand. past 6 feet slows the speed down. The end of the cable that plugs into your computer has a LED at is the same color as your KB.

I bought a blue LED EXTENSION cable from Cablesdirect and mine works fine. I have had no problems with my keyboard coming on with my computer. BTW, I ordered the 6 foot cable #CC2210C-06BLL .
Good luck....
