I just got my deck legend in fire and I really love
this thing.

I was going to get one of those "official" gaming keyboards that some in our guild recommended, and some even had keys that light up. Tho I didn't think they would come close to the deck.

I had an older one for maybe 2-ish years that was the 81 or 82 key in ice and as much as I liked that, this is just so different in overall feel for me.

I got my first deck due to that gift we tend to get at
age 40- "nocanseesmallstuff" ;)
It just seemed a lot cooler than trying to find something
for people with less than perfect eye sight. I also liked the idea of something small. I have an HDTV , 31" on a wall mount that I use more for gaming.
A few years ago I wanted a larger monitor and my hubby found that he could get some nice size HDTV's that could also be used with the PC.
First time I saw warcraft on the 31 in, it was impressive. My husband has joked that it won't be long until I want to try out our 52", which is the family room TV. Not likely!

So the keyboard is often in my lap. Eventually the cord became loose on the old one and there were connection problems.
I decided to go with the larger one, I don't know why.

Glad I did. It is no more cumbersome having this on my lap, and I have a small desk I can use/keep it on when not needed.
But the feel is nice. Smooth lines and the keys are responsive and yet not too high.
The color is just amazing. Really easy to see and just a
pleasing combo of the smooth black with the cherry red.

It is heavier, but not too heavy to have on ones lap.
I am a petite female and it doesn't bother me.

I am really glad I choose the deck again, it fills all of the
needs I have right now (except for something like the keyboards with macros keys, etc)
However, if you can't see those keys well, they aren't going to be of much use.

Might just get another to keep at our office (even tho I don't need it) I want it though, LOL!
TOXIC might be nice!

Overall, great keyboard.
And, I might add, pretty too!
