If you get a little water in it... forget about the it can be washed story.

04-07-2009 AM] Corrosion damage from a liquid spill discovered on multiple areas of PCB, affecting multiple components and circuits. Due to damage warranty is voided.

To customer: If you would like us to attempt a repair, please see our returns page for details - minimum repair fee is $60. There is also no guarantee that we can fix your product based on damage type. I personally would advise to not attempt a repair due to how extensive the damage is. Please let us know if you would like us to attempt a repair or if you would like us to return your keyboard to you (shipping charges will apply).

Mr. Ludgey - I have sent a reply to your emails, please let me know if you didn't get it.

Also please see the following excerpt from our warranty statement - we are not responsible for liquid spills causing corrosion damage:

Quote:
Please keep in mind that your Deck keyboard is a precision electronic device and should be treated like one. Please avoid spilling food, liquid, ashes, hair, or anything else into your Deck as this may void your warranty.
