I'm on my second Legend. This one is less than 2 years old, and the LEDs keep failing. They go dim, and then they go out.

I have replaced a bunch -- Deck have been kind enough to send them, but I keep needing more! I keep the keyboard on it's dimmest setting actually. What's the deal?

Yeah thats bogus. Thats why I decided not to go with a legend. 1 year warranty made me suspicious of longevity, plus don't even think of spilling anything on it. I opted for the Logitec Illuminted keyboard and have been very happy with it, and it has a longer warranty.

Please contact technicalsupport@deckkeyboards.com . As this is not a normal problem, we would like to issue you a replacement product and do further testing on the defective item.
