 Post subject: Shipping to Canada and some other qs...

i'm really interested in getting one of these boards and i just want to verify if i will have to order through a 3rd party since u guys dont ship to canada...is that correct?

Also, if so, y dont u ship to ur northerly neighbours?

last thing...can someone post up a pic of the casing that comes standard w the ice 82 board pls and thanks. i want to know if its a translucent blue or if its clear and just looks blue because of the leds from the rest of the board

Its a blue regardless of the LEDs in the keyboard. Im pretty sure its the same casing they sell on the casings section of the product list. I bought a black case with my ice 82 keyboard so i know ;)

Hi old_grendel,

As Skarekrow said the case is a translucent blue color and is the same as the case we sell on the 'Casings' section of our site.

Unfortunately we do not ship outside of the U.S. so yess you will need to order through one of our resellers. I didn't create the policy but from what I have been told we chose not to ship to other countries due to complications with tariffs/taxes/duties/etc. We find that selling them outside the U.S. is best accomplished through the resellers. Currently we have two resellers which you can locate here:

well my problem is that the performance pc's site doesnt seem to allow me to order additional leds when placing the order for the keycaps...furthermore i didnt happen to see the casings for the deck 82 on the website

so unless im blind looks like i ll have to make a friend w an address in the states lol

If Performace PCs or ActiveKey does not offer the product you are looking for you will have to be in the US or make a friend here, sorry. Also they may not carry our full line of products - if you don't see what you want on their site you should contact them directly to confirm availability.

as it turns out a colleague of mine will be in wisconsin in the next week or so, about 30 min from your office in kenosha...would it be possible for me to place the order over the phone and for him to pick it up when hes down there??
