Hello I just got the Deck The Legend Blue Ice keyboard.

First I would like to say that I really love how the keyboard is built. Most keyboards I have used in the past are made like crap. But the Deck keyboard is made really well.

Also I love the sound of the keys as you press them

I love how the keys light up in Blue. But I wanted to make sure there was nothing wrong with my keyboard. Some of the letters on the keys are not as bright as I think they should be. Those letters are E and R on the "Enter" key. Also the S and T on the both "Shift " keys. Also B,A,C,A,C,E on the "Backspace" key. And C and S on the "Caps" key.

Is this normal and if so why can't every key get the same amount of brightness? This happens even at the highest setting.

I really do like this keyboard but with some of the letters not lighting up too good that to bm is a tad disappointing.

I am pretty sure I will still end up keeping the keyboard but I just wanted to see if anything could be done about this?

While it is unfortunate this is a normal occurence on some of the larger keys. This happens because the LED is situated at the center-top of the keyswitch and the light has trouble diffusing all the way across some of the bigger keys - like the Enter key.

Also will the LED lights last a long time if the LED lights are used a lot?

This is the same for all colors - the keycaps are no different from one color to the next.

The LEDs we use are rated for nearly 20 years of continuous usage so it doesn't matter if you use them for one hour or 24 hours a day they will still last a very long time.
