Not sure exactly what you mean by 'blacklight Deck'...do you want the LEDs to be mini-blacklights so to speak or do you just want the keyboard itself to react to UV light?
With respect to making the LEDs UV that would be a mod you could do but wont be offered for our standard products - from our FAQs on the main site:

We do not offer white or other color LED versions because the cost of these LEDs makes the keyboards significantly more expensive than the red, yellow, blue, and green backlit keyboards. Please keep in mind that the LEDs we use are super-bright; typical inexpensive LEDs won't do the job.
If you want the keyboard itself to be reactive to a blacklight you will probably need to mod it yourself...there are too many costs involved to make the whole keyboard reactive and I don't think there would be enough people interested to justify it.
