Hi..

I was looking around at some of the pictures and I noticed that the keyboards are supposed to have a USB A to B cable included... I have been using the keyboard on a 3foot cable that I normally use for my printer because I did not know that it was originally included...

Any possibility that I could get one..?

And is this included under the warranty as missing equipment?

The cable coming out of the Deck 82 housing is a standard 6' USB type A/typeB cable - is this the one you are talking about? Otherwise no Deck product comes with extra cables included other than the one necessary to plug it into a computer.

I did not receive a cable with my keyboard...

I find this hard to believe but it is not impossible...

I also do not show any orders in our system under your email address...did you purchase from Deck or from a reseller (Performance-PCs, Enablemart)? If so please email me at technicalsupport@deckkeyboards.com with a copy of your invoice and I will send you a new cable and track down how this happened.
