I'm interested in these keyboards but I'm curious, do they have any built in control of the backlight?

ya they do. they have 7 different Light settings and I nearly got blinded when staring at one at the lowest level.

As mentioned there are 7 levels of backlighting plus off (8?). This is done by pressing the FN key (located next to our spacebar) and then either the numbers 1 through 7 or 0, or by pressing FN and the up or down arrows to cycle to the next level.

Awesome, thanks for the info, I wouldn't be able to live with a back lit keyboard I couldn't turn off at night.
