I'm planning on purchasing the Fire Deck Legend, but since I use the Colemak layout, I'd like to make sure of a few things, so I'll know if it would be viable to arrange the keys to my layout.
The keycap height is the same for each row, correct? [Not "contoured" row heights that I've seen on other mechanical keyboards]
With mechanical boards, all of the switches have the same kind of stem, which would allow me to move most of the keys, correct? [This will be my first mechanical board, and I want to make absolutely sure of this since my current Logitech board pulls an evil trick where some keys are different and cannot be moved.]
With mechanical boards, I'd need to make a keycap puller, right? [I've heard that one can be made from a paperclip. I've seen one design where one paperclip is more of a "U" shape, and another that uses wire with a key-ring with more of a salad tong shape. Which one of these would work better and be safer for the keyboard?]
With a key puller, is there any specific way to remove the keys? [I've heard of people that pulled the wrong way and damaged the switch]
