I sent an email to technicalsupport@deckkeyboards.com requesting the 21 key at the discounted price as I already own the deck fire. I sent the email monday morning and still have not gotten a response. I don't know if there is just a backup of emails or if I left something out.

We never received an email from you as of the time of me typing this, that is why we haven't responded. Im not sure what happened to prevent your email from reaching us so I would just assume that it was just a random error somewhere along the lines.

I would also like to order the new 21 key deck...but I cant see paying the almost $80 price ...I already have the fire (red) deck and would be happy to pay a more reasonable $58.50 + s/h (as the price would be + the first deck if I didnt already have it. I sure hope deck keyboards can step up to the plate and do something for the customers that supported them early on.. I myself was one of the first 100 to order there 82 key deck. I plan to call Cathy on Monday.. It is my hope to have something worked out.
