I sent an email to technicalsupport@deckkeyboards.com requesting the 21 key at the discounted price as I already own the deck fire. I sent the email monday morning and still have not gotten a response. I don't know if there is just a backup of emails or if I left something out.

I sent you an email regarding this issue just in case you check your email before you check this forum.

We never received an email from you as of the time of me typing this, that is why we haven't responded. Im not sure what happened to prevent your email from reaching us so I would just assume that it was just a random error somewhere along the lines.

If you prefer email, please try sending us another email at technicalsupport@deckkeyboards.com . If you would rather call us, you can reach us at (262) 652-2626. Please ask for Cathy, she handles the orders and can help you with this matter. We would prefer you call us so we can assist you with this quickly.

:( I would also like to order the new 21 key deck...but I cant see paying the almost $80 price ...I already have the fire (red) deck and would be happy to pay a more reasonable $58.50 + s/h (as the price would be + the first deck if I didnt already have it. I sure hope deck keyboards can step up to the plate and do something for the customers that supported them early on.. I myself was one of the first 100 to order there 82 key deck. I plan to call Cathy on Monday.. It is my hope to have something worked out.

If you already have the 82 key Deck Fire, you can get the 21 key at the discounted price. Please see the thread I posted under the announcement section if you haven't already.
