Greetings!

I Bought a toxic deck from Thinkgeek around 10 months ago, and use it on my home PC. I have been very happy with it, a few of the keys are placed in "interesting" locations, but it didn't take long for me to adjust to 'em. The backlighting and the "action" of the keys are geat!

Ok, that's the good, now for the bad. Today, I noticed that there is something goin' on with the keys Here's the deal:

If I hit the top two rows of keys, weird things happen:

Such as:
F1= "2"
F3= "4"
2 = Brings up “help”
6 = refreshes

I tried this on a few different computers, to rule out the issue being the PC itself… Nothing was spilled into the kbd, and I haven't opened it or MODed it at all.

Any idea as to what I should do?

Thanks in advance!

-TDA

Please contact technicalsupport@deckkeyboards.com with more information. They can provide you with a solution or replace your Deck under the warranty. I don't think I've ever heard of something like this happening to our boards yet, very unusual.

Thanks for the prompt reply, I will contact them and post the results here. I am very happy with the Deck keyboard, and hopefully, will be able to use it again soon...

Don't worry about if it is 10 months or 14 months old and you can work directly with Deck and not have to go through Tinkgeek. We will warranty the keyboard if something was incorrect to start with.

thanks
