I have read the posts about the keycap remover and i don't know why it was not in your keycap set. I'm the production mgr here and the tool was to be in each set. I will have to make sure that it is on the BOM and is added to each set. It would upset me to to not have the tool included. Sorry for the oversight. but i'm glad you have posted so i have some feed back. To those with the light coming though the extra sets of keycaps, if you have emailed Tech support they will email you back today today and make it right! We do want each keyboard user to "love" their keyboard without any problems.
